There are a multitude of national and international initiatives campaigning on a variety of FGM related issues:

END FGM
Led by Amnesty International, the END FGM campaign is a Pan-European initiative to enforce greater action by the EU against the FGM practice within its member states. The FGM NCG's Comfort Momah is on the advisory board of this endeavour.
